Our Meals
NUTRITIOUS MEALS EVERY DAY
The meals prepared by us are nutritious and vary from day to day. Our kitchen staff aim to make dishes that satisfy our residents. We also cater to special dietary requirements. We ensure that drinks and snacks are available throughout the day on request. We don’t charge any extra fees for the meals, snacks and supplements we provide. Our residents will get a choice of meals, both at lunch and tea time. A dietician is available when needed for expert advice.
A CLEAN KITCHEN
Our kitchen facilities comply with the standards of the local Environmental Health Department. Our staff also monitor the temperature of any food that is cooked. This is done in order to ensure that the food reaches the correct temperature before it is served to our residents.
FOOD HYGIENE REGULATIONS
Our staff record the temperature of the fridge and freezer we have, three times a day to ensure that any chilled or frozen food is stored appropriately. Due to Health and Safety and Food Hygiene Regulations, our kitchen facilities are not made available to residents when food is prepared.
Medical Care
Expert medical care
We have a dedicated medical care team who are always on call to supervise the medical needs of our residents. The residents can register with any one of the local practices or even retain their own GP. The primary care team and community nurses visit residents when required. All medical care we offer is supervised and meal plans are made as per their dietary needs. If their health condition requires an adjustment in their food intake, it is taken care of by our experts.

Our Support Services
Our staff can help with typing a letter or completing documents the residents may need. Our manager and the benefits agency can offer any advice the residents may need regarding pensions and social security benefits. Shopping assistance is also available for all residents. Our staff can purchase goods on behalf of the residents when required, within limits while handling the residents’ money. Laundry services are available at our care home at no extra cost. Dry cleaning can be provided at an additional charge. We also offer medical care.
Telephone Services
A telephone is available in the hall area for all residents. Should they wish, residents can even maintain a private direct dial phone in their rooms, which is at their own expense. Personal mobile phones are allowed at our care home.
Our Hairdressing Services
A hairdresser visits our care home to provide regular hairdressing services. Residents are free to go out for salon appointments and can even have their own hairdresser visit them.
